How it works, what it covers, and exactly what happens to your access if you ask for your money back.
Take the first week. Do the work. If The Overspray Effect doesn’t change how you see your influence, email us inside 7 days and we’ll refund every dollar.
No hoops, no “prove it” form. We only ask that you actually started — because the shift happens in the doing, not the buying.

Email info@oversprayeffect.com from the address on your account. We don't offer a self-serve refund button — a real person reads every request.
Up to the baseline audit and Module 1
Past that point, it becomes a conversation about making it right — extra support or an extension — rather than an automatic refund.
One refund per person
A refunded purchase isn't eligible for a second refund on re-enrollment.
What happens
Money and access, both handled promptly.
Your money
The full amount goes back to your original payment method. Card payments through Stripe typically take 5–10 business days to appear; PayPal is usually 3–5 business days.
Your access
Course, download, and any community access ends when the refund is issued — a refund with content still accessible isn’t a real guarantee.
