The terms.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of The Overspray Effect™ — the website at https://oversprayeffect.com, the course, assessments, downloads, and any related services (together, the “Services”) — operated by Holistic Haven Advisory Group, LLC, operator of The Overspray Effect™(“we,” “us,” or “HHAG”).

By creating an account, purchasing a product, taking an assessment, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services or make a purchase. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Access to paid content is tied to the email address used at purchase, not to a traditional username/password account. You’re responsible for keeping that email address accurate and for any activity that happens through access granted to it.

When you purchase the course, an assessment, an ebook, a workbook, or any other digital product, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use that product for your own individual learning. This license does not include the right to:

• Resell, sublicense, rent, or lease access to the product;
• Copy, redistribute, publicly post, or share course content, downloads, or assessment materials outside your own use;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or watermark notice; or
• Use automated tools to scrape, download in bulk, or otherwise extract content beyond normal individual use.

Purchased ebook and workbook files are personally licensed to the named buyer and are watermarked with the buyer’s name, email, and order number for exactly this reason — redistributing a downloaded copy is a violation of this license and may result in revoked access.

The license above covers a single individual learner. If you want to purchase access for a team, department, or organization, that requires a separate written agreement with us — contact info@oversprayeffect.comto set one up. Using a single individual purchase across multiple people isn’t covered by these Terms.

All payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe’s own terms of service for payment processing. Prices are listed at checkout in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

Purchases of the course are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Full eligibility rules, what happens to your access, and how to request one are on our Refund Policy page — that page is the single source of truth for refunds; nothing here overrides or duplicates it. If anything here ever appears to conflict with the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy governs on refund questions specifically.

All content in the Services — including course material, assessments, frameworks, diagrams, text, video, and design — is owned by Holistic Haven Advisory Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Services, including all assessments (such as the Overspray Audit™), are educational and developmental tools for leadership self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, or clinical instruments, and they do not diagnose, treat, or provide a clinical assessment of any condition. Nothing in the Services should be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or mental-health professional. If you need that kind of support, please seek it from a licensed professional.

We believe in this material, and we back the course with a real money-back guarantee — but we can’t guarantee any specific outcome, behavior change, promotion, team result, or business result from using the Services. Results depend on you: how much you engage, apply, and practice what’s taught.

Where a practitioner certification pathway (COLP) is offered, participation and any credential awarded are governed by that program’s own stated requirements at the time you enroll in it, in addition to these Terms. We’ll publish those requirements when the program is available; nothing in these Terms should be read as describing certification terms that haven’t been published yet.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
