James Bathurst is a retired U.S. Navy Nurse Corps Officer with more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, including 14 years at Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Hospital Jacksonville. He holds a BSN from the University of North Florida and an MHA and MBA from Webster University.
